Pretty impressive indeed.
I don’t know about others who play instruments but I find it so difficult to talk when playing music. Singing tends to be easier, but then there’s some songs that I find impossible to sing and play - the first example that comes to mind is Bold as Love by Jimi Hendrix, or even John Mayer’s cover of it.

I play trumpet, so obviously, talking isn’t an option while playing. But I’m impressed by people who can sing and play, and also by people who can circular breathe.
